Tom D. showed up within 45 minutes of our call, assessed the situation, killed the hive, removed the comb and cleaned up the dead bees all in about half an hour. He was knowledgeable and communicative. The whole experience was very professional and much more reasonably priced than another bee service we previously used. Would highly recommend.

Both Nick and Carlos have been out to my house to help control the bees. I live across the street from the desert and have been battling bees and wasps for awhile. Once I found The Beekeeper, I have reclaimed my pool and backyard. The guys were very nice, knowledgable, and professional.

Russ W came out to our home 7-28-15 to take care of two hives we’ve had in our backyard for over a year (because I was hesitant to kill the bees). We are getting ready to sell our home, so the bees had to go. I called that Tuesday afternoon to schedule an appointment and Russ came early in the evening the same day. He looked at our issue, said it’d be no problem to handle the job and then quoted me $200 LESS than a different company who said it would take two guys to manage our problem. Once I agreed to the cost, Russ suited up and took care of the bees in less than 5 minutes. He was incredibly thorough about his process, what we could expect, how to fix our wall after the hives died and guaranteed his work. Bees were gone in the time frame he estimated. LOVE THE BEEKEEPER. Would not hesitate to use them again.

Great customer service! Was told the technician would show between 2-3 pm and Carlos M. was here 1.5 hours earlier. Very polite, quick and knowledgeable too. He answered my questions thoroughly and even checked the rest of our eaves for bee activity and sprayed. Love that we have a 3-month guarantee, too! I would highly recommend this company.

Excellent Service from The Beekeeper Total Bee Control – Russ W RW15 came on 07/24/15 . We had killer bee’s in son’s tree house. Russ took the time to explain and all my questions. Really went above and beyond to help us rid the problem for good. Would not hesitate to use them again but I hope I do not need them. Price is fair as well and came on very short notice too.

I would see wasps flying up into the eaves by my front door and the little stinkers would join me in my pool, which was a situation I was not happy about. Despite the late post, I’m extremely pleased with the service from The Beekeeper in Phoenix. Russ W. was sent to our home on 11/20/15 to investigate a bee that made its way into the house. He spent a good amount of time investigating whether there was a hive before determining it was a rogue bee. He is extremely knowledgeable, personable and patient, and clearly explained why he thought it was a rogue bee and not the start of a hive. I appreciate his caring and patience!
